Bounce Rehabilitation Closure

We’re writing to share an important update about your pet’s rehabilitation care. Thanks to our amazing clients and the trust you have put in us to care for your pets over the years, Bounce has grown at a rate no one anticipated. In fact, we have outgrown our small corner in CHAH! To continue providing the highest level of individualized care, our two doctors have decided to establish their own dedicated rehabilitation facilities in two different locations.

As a result, Bounce Rehabilitation has closed, effective January 9, 2026 – allowing our doctors to fully focus on these new, independent practices. While we have greatly valued working together under the Bounce name, this transition will allow each doctor to expand their services, explore new therapies, and serve our clients in two areas of the city. We hope this transition is seamless for you and further expands the rehabilitation options for your pet. To ensure continuity of care, your pet’s medical records will be available at both practices:

● Dr. Lucy Faulkner, CCRP will be providing rehabilitation services at RENEW Veterinary Rehabilitation and Pain Management - adjacent to Memorial Village Animal Hospital – located at 9615 Yupondale Dr., Houston, TX 77080 www.mvahpets.com.

● Dr. Jessica Marziani, CVA, CVC, CCRT will be providing rehabilitation services at CARE Veterinary Services, located at 1212 Durham Dr., Houston, TX 77007 www.carevetservices.com.

Although Bounce Rehabilitation will no longer be in operation, our shared goal within the two new practices remains the same: improving your pet’s comfort, mobility, and quality of life. We are sincerely grateful for your continued trust and support as we begin this next chapter.
